Hollywood horror films have not gone far at all in the past couple of decades. To consider this in relation to visiting far, is foolish and ridiculous to say the least. Nearly all terror releases in the past ten years haven't been gorey, nor have they're applicable in the kind of arguments. Hollywood as a whole hasn't published a difficult rated R horror movie in a little while, and it hasn't gone too far at all. In actuality, the many gorey horror movies created on American soil aren't even important contenders for any awards, nor have they had long or official releases out of the DVD marketplace.
